Sources, Editorial & Trust Policies

Sources Policy

We prefer official store pages, developer announcements and patch notes. Community guides and videos may support practical context, but are always labeled and dated.

• Official Steam data is the default source for platform, mode, release and feature claims.
• Patch notes are used for unlock and update claims.
• Community sources can describe player workflows but do not establish official facts.
• Dynamic values require a source and verification date.
• Unknown information is marked Pending confirmation instead of being invented.

Editorial Policy

Every page answers a player question first, separates confirmed facts from uncertainty, and links to related pages so players can continue the task.

• No invented numbers, item stats, characters or redeemable codes.
• Player-created tactics are not presented as official mechanics.
• Thin pages are explicitly marked noindex until more evidence is collected.
• Corrections are recorded in the Update Log.
